		<description>one of the big problems in assessing the quality of hitters in the AFL is that in recent years more teams are reluctant to send their best pitching prospects for fear of tiring out their arms and/or causing an injury.  it&#039;s always been a hitter&#039;s league, but when you look at the rosters these days there&#039;s almost no high-end pitching prospects.  this year you had Jesse Crain and Huston Street, but who was the best starting pitching prospect this year?  Jae Ryu?  Bobby Bradley?  not pretty.
