It’s already been broken in the game thread, but in case you haven’t heard, the Red Sox will call Clay Buchholz up to start against the Orioles Friday. Justin Masterson has been optioned to Pawtucket to get ready to move to the Red Sox bullpen for the remainder of the year (something I wondered about earlier today) and C/1B/OF Jeff Bailey’s been called up to fill in until then.
