In the bottom of the eighth inning Jeff Bailey pinch hit for Jon Van Every and roped a triple to deep center setting the stage for Mark Kotsay.
Kotsay doubled to right field bringing home the go-ahead run and eventual game winner as Manny Delcarmen held off Cleveland in the ninth for his second save of the season.
Star of the Game: Bailey
That triple was huge considering he was a pinch hitter and it was the bottom of the eighth.
Next Game: Reserves getting it done
Nice to see the role players and reserves getting some momentum into the playoffs too.

Bailey, Carter, Thurston, Van Every. MLB ready. See any of them on the bench next year? Imagine the BA and power, with comparable D and better speed (unless, of course, Coco decides to stay.) This farm system rocks.
