The previous poll asked: Assuming Beckett, Lester & Matsuzaka have the top three spots in the post-season rotation, who should be #4?

  • Tim Wakefield (10-11, 4.24)

    51% of all votes

  • Paul Byrd (11-12, 4.53 overall, 4-2, 4.60 with Red Sox)

    23% of all vote

  • the Game 1 starter on short rest

    14% of all votes

  • Justin Masterson (6-5, 3.16)

    13% of all votes

The crowdsourced answer is Wake, but given the way the ALDS schedule lines up I think the chances of Beckett in Game 4 is growing quickly. The new poll, courtesy of Jeff:
With Lowell and Drew spending so much time out due to injuries, should the Sox leave them off the first round roster for healthy but less experienced bats?

  • Yes to both
  • No to both
  • No Lowell but try Drew
  • No Drew but pray for Lowell

Be sure to go vote and then comment here to make your voice heard!
