Kevin Youkilis: For Better or Worse 2009

Before last season (and in my first post here on Fire Brand), I found it enlightening to look ahead and ground our expectations for the upcoming season with roots in the actual performance of the season prior. In a series called “For Better or Worse”, we looked at each player and made the simple judgment call, would they be “better” or “worse” in 2009 than they were in 2008?

The hope is that by answering this simple question, we can place the expected performance of the 2009 Boston Red Sox in some form of grounded context.
