So now ESPN is reporting that he has a torn labrum on top of the cyst. If he goes through with the surgery on that he would be out for four months. I wonder who the Yankees would have to pursue to fill that gap if he can’t play?

This sure as heck reduced my concern about Mike Lowell’s surgery to about zero, especially after his confident interview yesterday. Ironic how Sox fans were being battered because of Mike’s hip surgery, Papi’s wrist, J.D.’s back. Life happens. Always fear the Red Sox.
