Poll: What early season situation most concerns you?

New Poll Question:
What early season situation most concerns you?

We all know that the season hasn't started off firing on all cylinders. It's also fair to assume that Dustin Pedroia won't bat under .200 over the course of the season, so over-analysis at this point is slightly futile. That said, there are a few things that are or could be concerning moving forward. Which of the following early season outcomes could be most detrimental to the team over the long haul?

- Jon Lester's 9.00 ERA
- David Ortiz' slow start (.173/.293/.206)
- Jacoby Ellsbury's OBP struggles from the leadoff spot (.254)
- Jed Lowrie's injured wrist
- Daisuke Matsuzaka's arm fatigue

Previous Poll Results:
Are you worried about the Red Sox slow start?
While only 13% of you are lining up on the Tobin already, I find it surprising that only 24% of Fire Branders expect the Red Sox to weather the storm.  We’ll see how quickly the 64% of you that are in some degree of worry move to one pole or the other as we move into week two of the season.

Why not repeat this poll in two weeks, after the Sox offense and pitching settle into Fenway against the O's, Twins & Yankees at Fenway, then at Cleveland & Tampa.
That's 15 more games, for a total of 24, which is a good enough sample to determine who's actually hot and who's not, who's healthy . . . and then it will be time to start prognosticating . . . a little.

So, I have a pair of extra tickets for tomorrow (Sat.) night, Pavilion SRO (so, State Street Pavilion in the upper deck). Family's in town so I can't really make it. They're $29.25 each (face value), so $58.50 total.
Tickets are electronic and can be sent immediately. Plenty of people around this site can vouch for my trustworthiness, so you can have the tickets ASAP. e-mail eyerishman34 at yahoo.com if interested.
(Sorry for the continual ticket offers Evan)

Sean O, wish I could. Those tickets cost less than ST tickets.
Tim, after tonite's game, I really would like to take this poll in a couple of weeks. Different players will be hot and cold at that time, of course.
