He proved that in AA and Fenway, and will be knocking on the door between Pawtucket and 'the Bigs". Question is, where does he go? Between Youk and V-Mart, even potential superstar/dirt dog Casey Kotchman has no place to play. These acquisitions leave Jeff Bailey and Chris Carter less likely to get their shot. And Aaron is competing with Lars Anderson for the exact same spot. The Sox now have seven genuine talents at 1b between Portland and Fenway, who would/could thrive on most 25-man rosters. This is not unlike the Catcher situation in Texas, except the Sox 1b depth is deeper and with more high side. I wonder what kind of trade-magic Theo can accomplish with such depth?
