They walk Drew to face Tek. Why I’m not surprised?
And, of course, the moron of Tito is not gonna replace Tek.

I do like the fact that Tazawa’s changeup is 11mph off his fastball

and his fastball does have a bit of movement

Tazawa has come as advertised, pounds the zone, and movement on the fastball, changeup that sits off the fastball and a biting breaking pitch. basically he’s what bucholz should be with half the hype

Every single member of that team, with the exception of the pitching staff, should be ashamed.

of course I type that as A-Rod homers, KML. I give up, it will be a miracle if the Sox win one game out of the four

If only the moron of Tito would have pinch-hit for Tek, maybe we could have make a run before.

The free fall is becoming a power dive. What’s the terminal velocity of a baseball team?

Mike Lowell needs to be the everyday DH. I understand they don’t want him playing the field everyday because of the hip but it’s ridiculous how Tito buries this guy on the bench.
Big Papi is all done and this team needs a reliable bat at DH. Papi needs to ride the pine (Theo will have a chat with him at seasons end. If he doesn’t accept a part-time bench role next year I think he’s gone) starting today and he needs to stay there. Papi has nothing left and the lack of production from the DH spot is killing this team. Keep Youk at 3rd, alternate Martinez between 1st and catcher. Sad to say but I’d rather Casey Kotchamn get the at-bats right now over Papi.

I agree. Papi showed a flash in July where everyone overreacted and said he was back. He was never the same guy, and it’s time to acknowledge that.
