Buchholz, Lester, Beckett are morphing into Maddox, Smoltz, Glavine right before our eyes. If Daisuke comes back as though he can win another 18, and Wake comes back like the All Star he is . . . and there is every reason they will . . . then Sox SP is dynamite for years. RP is already set. Let's not forget Bowden, Tazawa, Doubrant and young Kelly. IMO, all Theo needs to do this offseason is spend the $$ to extend J.Bay, V.Mart, A.Gon, Rocco, and B.Wagner if he comes back from arbitration (he says he will play for less to close). Perfect weekend. But am a little concerned Daisuke/Byrd/Beckett vs. Angels. However, this expanded bullpen needs work. Keeping the faith.
