As Darryl mentioned a couple of weeks back, Fire Brand will be starting a monthly mail bag! Rather than Fire Brand’s staff of writers dictating the topics of conversation; with this new feature, you will have a chance to influence what we’re discussing. Your questions can range from hot stove rumors to prospects; from Red Sox related issues to baseball-wide issues; and from statistical analysis to pitch f/x. No baseball related topics are taboo. While I will be the primary writer responding to each of your questions, I may enlist the help of Troy, Charlie, Darryl, and Mike from time to time to help answer questions that might be outside of my areas of expertise.
Since this is a new feature, I can’t say for sure what our response rate will be. As such, I can’t guarantee everyone’s questions will be answered each month. Still, I will do my best to answer as many of your questions as possible.
