Poll: The Sox Don’t Have a Win Yet. Is the Sky Falling?

Last season, the Sox got off to a horrific start, which ended up hurting them in the end. Now, they’ve kicked off the 2012 season by dropping their first two to the Tigers and are down 4-2 in game three of the series.  Granted, the Tigers are a formidable foe, but having your second ace get lit up for five home runs is never a promising sign. Is it time to panic yet?

Last week, we asked you how many games you thought the Sox would win in 2012. The overwhelming majority voted for between 90 and 99 wins. There were four people who voted between 60 and 69 wins (Yankee fans?).

  • 90-99 (66%, 430 Votes)
  • 80-89 (23%, 152 Votes)
  • 100+ (6%, 42 Votes)
  • under 60 (3%, 18 Votes)
  • 70-79 (2%, 10 Votes)
  • 60-69 (0%, 4 Votes)

It is a long season. It is not unusual for a team to lose a few in a row.
