As the trade deadline approaches, the Red Sox clearly need to make some changes to hope to contend for the postseason. It’s clear, in both actions and words, that the Sox organization intends to contend the rest of the way. Putting aside for the moment whether they should be rebuilding or not, what is priority No. 1 the club should seek in any deal?

What should the Red Sox get at the trade deadline?

The previous poll asked which five outfielders should stay with the Red Sox. The top votegetters completely nailed how the Red Sox have decided to go with the setup, although there was a surprising dropoff from Ellsbury, Ross, Crawford and Nava to Ryan Sweeney, with a lot of other people preferring Ryan Kalish.
