The 2014 season is officially underway, but 2013 isn’t completely in our rear view mirror yet. Paul and Tim break down the season opening series in Baltimore and exalt the start of one Xander Bogaerts. In fact, a few Red Sox starters look like they broke from camp ready to hit the ground running — the usuals in Dustin Pedroia and David Ortiz and the newcomer Grady Sizemore.
Despite last night’s loss, the pitching — both starters and the bullpen — look like they are ready to keep this team in contention all year long.
And oh yeah — there was a little ceremony in Boston yesterday.
