GAME NOTES: I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact Kei Igawa just shut us down, but sometime I’m just going to have to accept that actually occurred and move on. The Pats just acquired Randy Moss so I’m in a good mood. For now. Mr. Tavarez could change that in an instant by getting beaten around in Yankee Stadium in embarrassing fashion. He’s facing a hard lineup and it’s going to take a miracle for Tavarez to win this game, let’s get that straight. Maybe the bats will wake up and help Julian out. Let’s hope.
