Bobby Kielty, one of the heroes of the World Series, told the Herald today that he views himself as a fourth outfielder and won’t return to Boston unless Coco Crisp is moved.
Even if Crisp is moved, Kielty will likely have competition brought in (old friend Gabe Kapler)?
He has deals from three National League teams on the table. My opinion? See if there’s a better option out there for a better overall fourth outfielder (after dealing Coco Crisp, of course) and then go from there.
