Justin Masterson has a hell of a job tonight serving as the encore to Jon Lester’s no hitter last night. Masterson was up to the challenge in his first Major League start going six innings against the Los Angeles Angels but he stumbled upon his return to the minor leagues. Masterson has allowed 20 (17 earned) runs in the last 19.1 innings pitched at AA Portland.
What better way to establish a little Masterson mojo than call on the “Masters of the Universe”?
