Mike Timlin has been activated off the disabled list, and Bryan Corey was removed from the roster to make room for Timlin. It was the right move, as much as I’m a fan of Corey. The move immediately lengthens the bullpen as Timlin can slot into a 7/8th inning role, which will push Julian Tavarez, Javier Lopez and David Aarsdma down the depth chart, never a bad thing. Corey will undoubtedly nab a relief spot elsewhere.
