GAME NOTES: The Red Sox hit the road to go to Cleveland, where they vanquished the Indians last year in the ALCS. C.C. Sabathia is off to a very rocky start, but Fausto Carmona is still dealing. Jake Westbrook has also been throwing very well, so we may be in store for a tough matchup. Will they throw at Manny?
