Sorry for the lack of game posts…I take full responsibility (my daughter’s 2nd birthday took priority!). That being said, this west coast trip has certainly taken it’s toll…..on me! God am I tired! Apparently the cure for a road losing streak is the Seattle Mariners. It doesn’t look any harder on paper tonight as Daisuke Matsuzaka puts his perfect 8-0 record on the line against Miguel Batista and his menacing 6.47 ERA.
From the looks of his 5.70 BB/9 IP, Daisuke Matsuzaka has not headed the advice of one Janet Jackson regarding “Control”. But the mojo is the mojo and there’s no loss on Daisuke’s record, so what the mojo wants, the mojo gets!
