It’s official. Daisuke Matsuzaka has been placed on the DL with a mild right rotator cuff strain. Jeff Bailey is replacing him, and Justin Masterson is expected to be called up to make a spot start Tuesday, but they may choose to activate Clay Buchholz instead now that Dice-K is missing at least two starts.
