The Red Sox have traded Matt Albers and Scott Podsednik to the Arizona Diamondbacks for old friend lefty Craig Breslow, according to Nick Cafardo (@nickcafardo on Twitter) and Jack Magruder (@Jack Magruder). Breslow was with the Red Sox in 2006 and with Pawtucket in 2007.
