Remember when I thought last week’s poll would be close? That was funny.
Nope, Fire Brand readers were thoroughly convinced that Grady Sizemore should be the starter in centerfield to open the year. Almost 80% of you (and John Farrell, too) voted for Grady over prospect Jackie Bradley Jr., and so my hopes of a competitive poll were crushed. It’s worth noting that both players made the active roster, as Bradley will be seeing time with Shane Victorino sidelined.
